PREPARATION
SOAK RICE , AVAL AND URID DAL IN WATER SEPARATELY FOR 1-2 HOURS
DRAIN ALL
GRIND INTO A VERY FINE PASTE WITH LITTLE WATER
KEEP 1 NIGHT FOR FERMENTATION
TAKE A NON STICK PAN
SPREAD 1 TAVA OF BATTER ON HOT PAN
CIRCLE IT IN DOSA SHAPE
