 STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS WITH PICTURES

INGREDIENTS

RICE FLOUR- -1 CUP
SALT
COCONUT OIL
WATER- 1 CUP

PREPARATION

TAKE FLOUR IN A LARGE BOWL

 BOIL WATER WITH SALT AND POUR THIS BOILING WATER LITTLE BY LITTLE TO THE FLOUR


 KNEAD WELL TO MAKE A SMOOTH DOUGH



NOW LIGHTLY GREASE THE IDIYAPPAM PRESS MOULD  AND INSERT A BALL OF DOUGH TO THE MOULD





POUR A DROP OF OIL IN EACH IDLI STEAMER TRAY AND PRESS IDIYAPPAM FROM THE MOULD




STEAM IT
