INGREDIENTS

RICE- 1 CUP

JAGGERY - 2 PIECES
GRATED COCONUT-1/2 CUP(OPTIONAL)

CARDAMOM POWDER- 1 TABLESPOON

PREPARATION

WASH RICE AND DRAIN WATER WELL

ROAST IT WELL IN A HOT PAN

GRATE THE JAGGERY

GRIND ROASTED RICE WELL IN A GRINDER
ADD COCONUT AND CARDAMOM POWDER
GRIND AGAIN

NOW PUT THE GRATED JAGGERY AND GRIND WELL AGAIN

TAKE ALL IN A LARGE BOWL
ROLL INTO BALLS
