EASY BANANA BALLS


INGREDIENTS


RIPE BANANA- 2
GRATED COCONUT-1 CUP
SUGAR
GHEE- 2 TABLESPOONS

RICE FLOUR-1/2 CUP
ATTA / WHEAT FLOUR- 1/2 CUP
OIL
GHEE

PREPARATION

STEAM BANANA.  PEEL OFF SKIN AND MASH IT

FRY MASHED BANANAS IN GHEE

ADD COCONUT AND SUGAR INTO IT AND MAKE SMALL BALLS

MIX RICE FLOUR AND WHEAT FLOUR IN A BOWL WITH LITTLE WATER TO FORM A THICK BATTER
YOU CAN ALSO ADD SALT, SUGAR AND LITTLE GRATED COCONUT TO THIS BATTER

DIP EACH BALLS IN THIS BATTER 

DEEP FRY
