MUTTA NIRACHATHU /EGGS STUFFED WITH SWEET FILLING



INGREDIENTS

EGGS-4

GRATED COCONUT-1 CUP
SUGAR-1/4 TO 1/2 CUP

CUMIN SEEDS - 2 TABLESPOON

MAIDA/ ALL PURPOSE FLOUR- 1 CUP

GHEE
OIL

PREPARATION

BOIL EGGS AND REMOVE SHELL

CUT IT LENGTHWISE SO AS TO REMOVE THE YELLOW YOLK FROM IT

ROAST COCONUT AND CUMIN SEEDS IN GHEE
ADD SUGAR AND EGG YOLK TO THIS AND MIX WELL

FILL THIS MIXTURE INSIDE EACH EGG WHITE

TAKE THE ALL PURPOSE FLOUR IN A BOWL
MIX WATER LITTLE BY LITTLE AND FORM A THICK BATTER

DIP EACH FILLED EGG IN THIS BATTER AND DEEP FRY IN OIL
