MASALA VADA

INGREDIENTS

CHANA DAAL- 1 CUP

ONION-1/2 FINELY CHOPPED
GINGER-1 INCH PIECE CHOPPED FINELY

CORIANDER LEAVES-1 /4 CUP, CHOPPED
DILL LEAVES- 1/4 CUP, CHOPPED
GREEN CHILLIES-3

CUMIN SEEDS- 1/2 TABLESPOON

OIL

SALT

PREPARATION

WASH AND SOAK DAAL FOR 3-4 HOURS

KEEP  2 TABLESPOON DAAL ASIDE
GRIND REST COARSELY

MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS INCLUDING DAAL

ROLL IT INTO BALLS
PRESS IT

HEAT OIL AND DEEP FRY
